Kiera, Is very professional and explains everything and is always there to answer any questions you have and believe me I had a lot ! I tried everything under the sun to loose weight and nothing worked and I got discouraged and continued to gain. Kiera explained her personal journey and encouraged me to take a leap of faith. I’m so glad I did . 6 weeks in and down 12lbs. My inflammation seems to be less as well and I’m sleeping better and less moody .
