Kiera, Is very professional and explains everything and is always there to answer any questions you have and believe me I had a lot ! 10/10 — Kiera changed how I approach my health I came to Kiera to address fatigue and brain fog that went way beyond normal “tired mom of a toddler” tired, I knew something deeper was going on. I already do yoga and eat pretty well, keeping sweets to a minimum and focusing on whole foods, so I thought I had this covered. But, I am a believer that I can always learn and grow more and what you don’t know, you can’t fix! And I was tired of feeling so tired by 5pm everyday. Kiera was so easy to work with. She listened patiently (even when I went on tangents!) and helped me realize there were so many opportunities I didn’t even know about that were affecting how I felt, everything from when I drink my coffee in the morning to which beans and lentils to add in for more energy. She gave me real hope for the future, and her non-judgmental approach, strategies, and guidance have completely changed how I think about my health. I’ve learned so much about what to eat, which supplements actually support my long-term goals, and how to genuinely take care of myself. Thank you, Kiera! Definitely a 10/10 recommend.
